An AI agent inside the system. Ask about your sales, profit or low stock and it answers from your real figures; ask it to open or fill a screen, add a customer or record a payment and it does so after your approval.

Yes. Type or speak in Arabic, or open a live voice call with it and ask it to move between screens and carry out tasks while you talk.

During a live call it reads the system screen you have open so it can help you there. You can also share your screen or camera with one tap when you choose, and stop at any time.

No. The assistant does not delete or edit records and stays out of sensitive screens such as users and roles. Every addition or payment shows you an approval card first, and it only has the permissions of the signed-in user.

Yes. 5% VAT is calculated automatically on invoices and returns, invoices carry your tax number and a QR code in Arabic and English, and tax reports help you prepare your return.

Shtajr already issues electronic invoices with your tax number and a QR code. Mandatory use of the Fawtara platform begins in 2027 under the Tax Authority decision, and we have a full plan for the connection module, starting as soon as the authority opens the connection to systems like Shtajr.

Shtajr serves businesses in Oman and the GCC and supports invoice QR codes in the Saudi ZATCA format. If your country requires an electronic connection to a government platform, contact us and we will confirm what is available before you subscribe.
